Hyattsville Crossing property owners, business owners, residents, and other community stakeholders have been convening in a Formation Steering Committee since December 2022. The Formation Steering Committee has representation from property owners including Bernstein, Transwestern, Echo Realty, PREIT, Maisel Development, Prince George’s Community College, businesses, and residents. Additionally, the City of Hyattsville, Prince George’s County, and a team of consultants, are supporting the Committee.
